Advantages of TPE Onahips include their softness and elasticity, which are described by many as being similar to those of a human body. It gives TPE the ability to be more yielding while using it, which makes it more comfortable. TPE Onahips are relatively cheaper than silicone used for onahips, which is another advantage.
There are, however, a few disadvantages of TPE that must be taken into consideration. Being a porous substance, TPE tends to soak up moisture, oil, and even microorganisms over time, making it difficult to maintain properly. If not well-maintained, it can become less hygienic and even develop odors compared to other non-porous substances. The other major disadvantage of TPE is that it is less durable, hence it can be more prone to wear and tear after being exposed to constant stress for prolonged periods.
Because of their higher costs and ultra-realism, silicone onahips are regarded as a luxury product. There are many benefits that come with silicone as an adult toy material. Firstly, the physical nonporous characteristics prevent liquid from penetrating, hence ensuring that the onahips made of silicone can be cleaned thoroughly and also prevent bacterial growth. Secondly, silicone is nonallergenic by nature; therefore, it is suitable for individuals with very sensitive skin.
Silicone also offers excellent longevity. Breakages or dissolutions are likely to occur at the joint areas of TPE materials even when they do not require stretching. This is less common in silicone products. Silicone is more stable chemically and less reactive with other materials, as well as being more resistant to heat. These characteristics make silicone onahips generally more costly and worth the long-term investment.
Ultimately, which one is selected will be down to what the person choosing them wants. If softness and affordability are your main concerns, then TPE would undoubtedly be the material for you. However, if you are into being realistic, safe, and economical, then there is no doubt that you will love silicone onahips. In any case, regardless of which one you choose, you should familiarize yourself with its characteristics.
